Founder & Managing Member

Mohamed Youssef is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Accredited in Business Valuations (ABV). As the founding member of In2it Advisors LLC, Mohamed is responsible for all aspects of managing and running the practice. He has over 10 years of experience providing assurance, tax and business accounting and advisory services. His clients range from start-ups to large publicly traded and privately held companies in the manufacturing, technology, consumer products, real estate, renewable energy, professional services and bio-tech industry sectors.

Business Experience

Mohamed started his career with KPMG, one of the Big 4 international accounting firms. In 2003, Mohamed joined a regional CPA firm in Newport Beach, California and managed several of the firm’s larger audit clients. He was also heavily involved in the development of the audit practice including recruiting/hiring, staff training, and establishing quality control policies. His accomplishments include conducting audits for large international companies where knowledge of international accounting and taxation is required, as well as the ability to coordinate such engagements with several accounting firms around the world. Mohamed advises his clients on mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, 10-K and 10-Q filings, and compliance with SEC and IRS regulation.
